What it does
A tenant is a household, not a single name
Record everyone living in the room, each with their own phone number and relation to the tenant. People move in and out, so the record can change without starting a new tenancy.
Identity documents, photographed or imported
Capture Aadhaar and PAN with the camera, or let the tenant bring an Aadhaar across from DigiLocker by signing in to their own account. Files are stored privately against the tenant record.
The agreement document, ready to print
Choose a template and download the agreement. Take the full version and the tenant documents are attached behind it, with the two sides of an ID card on a single page.
Disputes recorded against the right person
Note the amount, the reason, and which member of the household is responsible. Your dues screen adds up what is outstanding across every disputed tenancy.
Staff who see your records, not everyone else’s
Create logins for the people who work with you and give each one an access level. They work inside your account, and nothing crosses to another manager.

What Agreement Pro is not
Not a rent ledger
It does not record payments, issue receipts, calculate arrears or chase anyone for money. The dues figure is the total of disputes you have raised.
Not an automatic filing service
It produces the document. Signing it, stamping it and filing it wherever your state requires is still yours to do.
Not a place your tenants log in
The app is for you and your staff. Tenants never get an account, and the only thing they sign in to is their own DigiLocker, if you use that.
Handling of your records
Identity documents deserve a clear boundary
Agreement Pro stores Aadhaar and PAN numbers so you can check and correct them, keeps them out of logs and out of the generated document, and never lets another manager account read your records. The exception, a tenant search that shows a name, the last four digits of an Aadhaar number and a photo, is written down rather than buried.

Before you install
What does it cost?
Pricing is not settled yet. Nothing in the app asks you to pay, and there is no billing built into it today.
Is it available on iPhone?
No. Agreement Pro is an Android app. There is no iPhone version and none is in progress.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. You can switch the whole app between English and Hindi at any time, and the details you type are kept in both.
Do my tenants need the app?
No. You record the tenancy. The only time a tenant does anything is if they import their Aadhaar from their own DigiLocker account.
Can I delete my account and everything in it?
Yes, from inside the app, or by writing to us if you have already uninstalled it. There is a grace period so a request made by mistake can be undone.
